Alternatively ask the owners where to find a good local restaurant and book ahead, also ask the restaurant for the best seats they have, tell them it is a special occasion.

If you just want to do the least amount possible then a hotel may be the answer for your romantic weekend. Some hotels have honeymoon suits, so even if you are not on your honey moon the room can be still just the setting you need. so ask the motel where you book what options you have for the honeymoon rooms or suites.
